at what time u woke up today...don't be a kid...i am talking about the morning...i woke up at 5:30 am...
well over a next few days or may be weeks we shall be focusing on "Sleep" as a part of your health...
a good sleep can be helpful in focus, immunity, performance...mmmm...get off the bed first...
now here is the catch : "workout or to sleep"..."sleep late and finish off the pending work or else hit the bed early"..."late night party or to doze off on time"...its a puzzle..even i am confused...
no work, only sleep makes you a dull boy...
well as you are reading this in the mid of the day...i would recommend to try and sleep on time today...atleast for today...give it a shot...
here are the tricks : try it for today...
1. go for a 30 mins brisk walk at 8:30 pm (specific time given to be disciplined) : this will make you tired and allow a sound sleep...just try
2. drink green tea or in that case warm water with a 1/2 tbps of honey : this shall help in dinner digestion...
3. take deep-deep breath while lying on bed...focus and just do it for today...
try these simple tricks just today...for god's sake...just today...and see the difference...
P.S. stop looking for grammar correction..and worry about your health...it shall benefit you...and after today...follow the above steps "DAILY"... :P
