2. warm milk
3. almonds
4. hard cooked eggs
5. GREEN TEA
6. 250 ml Red Wine :) : thats the limit...
GREEN TEA : a must take post dinner, it helps in quick digestion, reduce the burning sensation in your throat after a nice butter chicken or kashmiri rajma...helps in a deep sleep too...
